Romans 8:12-17

12 So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 

13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 

15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”

16 The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 

17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.

8:12 弟兄们，这样看来，我们并不是欠肉体的债去顺从肉体活着。 

8:13 你们若顺从肉体活着，必要死；若靠着圣灵治死身体的恶行，必要活着。 

8:14 因为凡被　神的灵引导的，都是　神的儿子。 

8:15 你们所受的，不是奴仆的心，仍旧害怕；所受的，乃是儿子的心，因此我们呼叫：“阿爸！父！” 

8:16 圣灵与我们的心同证我们是　神的儿女； 

8:17 既是儿女，便是后嗣，就是　神的后嗣，和基督同作后嗣。如果我们和他一同受苦，也必和他一同得荣耀。
